14.11 Once We receive and verify Your request, We will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify Your Personal Information within a reasonable timeframe, unless We are required or permitted to retain certain information by law or for legitimate business purposes.

14.12 We may retain certain information where reasonably necessary for:

  • fraud prevention, security or platform integrity;

14.14 If You have used Facebook, Instagram or another Meta product to log in to or connect with Kiin Creators, You may also remove Kiin Creators from Your connected apps within Your Meta account settings. You may still email Us at hello@kiincreators.com to request deletion of Personal Information held by Kiin Creators.
